Exchange or return
Not completely satisfied with your purchase or would you rather not have the item? No problem. At Erotiekvoordeel.nl you can exchange or return an item within 30 days. The cost of returning the item is for your own account and will be refunded if the return falls under the legal warranty (for example because the item broke during the warranty period and the defect is because the item was faulty.
Intimate products, such as sextoys, lingerie and underwear, of which the packaging has been opened and/or the seal has been broken, cannot be exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
Broken or incomplete delivery
Does your product not do what it should do upon delivery?
Then we recommend that you review the manual first. Maybe you can solve the problem yourself so you can use your product right away and do not have to return it.

Of course we find that very annoying. We will try to solve it together with you.

You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
