Shipping policy
We are more than happy to keep you informed about the status of your order. How do we do that? Well, like this:
1. As soon as we have received your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
2. As soon as the order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.In the same email we will also give you the track & trace number of your order.
Track & trace
After the parcel has left our warehouse, you can follow the track & trace link on the website of the delivery service. For smaller products that are sent as a letterbox package you will not find a track & trace in the shipping confirmation. This is because these shipments cannot be tracked.
Delivery time
We have most products in stock, and they will be delivered the next day or one day later. When you order we will indicate when you can expect your order. This is neutral and discreetly packaged and sent via PostNL, DHL or Red Je Pakketje and only at your home address (so not with the neighbors) offered. If you are not at home, you can pick up the package at the nearest PostNL or DHL pickup point. Here your package will stay for about 10 days before it is sent back to us. If the item is returned to us in good condition we will refund the purchase price

Shipping costs
We do our utmost to keep the costs as low as possible. For orders in the Netherlands to € 50 shipping costs € 6.95. For orders over € 0, = we will take the shipping costs for our account.
