This elbow restraint set is perfect for keeping a submissive in place. This set has adjustable straps, meaning a submissive can still wear it as they become more flexible during their training. Insert the elbows into the elbow holders and twist the bar through the holes in the elbow holders. Attach the cuffs to the submissive's wrists and attach the belt buckles to the elbow holders (crosswise) on the submissive's back.
